Ever decreasing lead times are driving the need for increased efficiency and speed to market. As the retail packaging industry strives to react to the economic demands of stock control and promotional opportunities there is increased pressure applied to deadlines. At Rivendell we believe our solution of repeatable quality and speed is second to none. We have a large platemaking facility with computer to plate technology (4260 digital imager) sitting alongside a conventional system. We are often required to work in close partnership with our clients printers and fingerprint individual presses to arrive at the optimum plate output for print.

Our team are fully aware of the subtle differences required for all packaging formats, as well as the different types of presses they are produced on. Our Quality Control Department ensures that all plates are produced to an exact standard which is right first time. Where required we can mount corrugated plates onto shims to facilitate the printing process.

Our re-ordering plates service is available 7 days per week 24 hours per day and we guarantee 100% quality and repeatability.
